1. Website purpose

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of riders.fr (the "Website"), published on a provisional basis for the Riders project in pre-company stage.

The Website introduces the Riders project, product direction, waitlist access, and contact channels.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.

3. Access conditions

The Website is available free of charge, excluding internet connection costs charged by your provider. Riders may suspend, restrict, or stop all or part of the Website for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

4. Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate product access. Beta invitations may be released progressively based on product and operational criteria.

You agree to provide accurate information. In the event of inaccurate, inappropriate or fraudulent data, Riders may refuse or cancel a waitlist registration.

5. Intellectual property

All Website elements (text, visual assets, logo, brand elements, structure, code, and design) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
